WHO WE ARE
Pacific Marine & Energy Resources, Inc. is a small insurance broker with a large reach. Although we have been broker to most types of businesses, we are best known as a broker's broker in the area of marine insurances. We solve marine related problems for retail agents and brokers. Our reach is countrywide and has extended to 5 continents.
There are few types of marine insurance accounts that we have not served. Lines of coverage include, but are not limited to are hull, liabilities, freight, cargo, contingent, cyber, recreational vessels, land based properties, and employee related (Crew, MEL, USL&H, WC).
We have represented most major US marine carriers, and many foreign carriers including Lloyds and Clubs. We have underwritten for Lloyds as Cover-Holder. We have operated binding authorities for domestic carriers as well.
Combined experience of owners is more than 80 years. You can count on our resourcefulness and enthusiasm to find a good home for your marine accounts!
